We have a limited number of scholarships available for Grand Area Special Olympics athletes to attend Summer Games. To be considered for scholarships please email the following information by Friday, March 16th to grand@sook.org :
- Team name
- Coach name
- Athlete name(s)
- List of the fundraising events you have had, or plan to have prior to the packet deadline
- How much money you have raised toward the state games.
Teams will be notified of the scholarship awards the week of March 19th. Scholarships will cover the $75.25 fee for housing. Coaches, please note that if the athlete awarded a scholarship does not attend State games, you will not be able to reuse the scholarships for a substitute athlete.
